The whole point of source field is sorta to give us mods a page where we can double check the tags and stuff, and perhaps read a few pages to be sure; as preview here only gives us thumbnails to work with. As well as giving us a very direct link to a page where it can be downloaded for re-upload if the file turns out corrupted or whatever without having to go digging for it.

First uploads are always the hardest because while this was in the uploading rules, they're a bit overwhelming to just take in all in one go.
If you wanna try another upload in the future you'll see that most of it is sorta common sense and/or becomes a lot easier if you do it right, big example of that is that the "get source info" button works with e-hentai/exhentai links and automatically copies all tag fields except for collection and scanlator over, cutting down on the time spent typing a lot, though you then have to doublecheck those tags, as they're sometimes auto-completed into other tags (Monster->Monster Girl, Pyra->Pyramid Head, Oni->Exhibitionism, ect. artist, circle and character tags are the ones that tend to go unnoticed so make sure to check them), we use different names for some stuff (censorship is the common situation where it'll try to make a new content tag where you should just remove the tag, pretty much every other case you'll have to find which existing tag to replace it with instead), stricter requirements for some (we set a higher bar for using the Hairy, DILF, MILF, Group and Loli tags, and Shotacon should be replaced with Straight Shota unless Yaoi or Futanari/Shemale is involved), some are just plain incorrect, and some like Ugly Bastard and Happy Sex are Pururin-exclusive. This sounds like there's still a lot of work left but trust me, I'm a frequent uploader myself, those first two tagging issues you'll quickly learn which specific Content tags to look out for while the latter two will be smoothed over by our editors it it doesn't have one of the few tags they have blacklisted, its common courtesy if you read the gallery before uploading but not that big of a deal to neglect on mass uploads if no extreme kinks are involved.
If you're ever unsure if something is allowed, or have have other questions you can just drop by on the suggestion/improvement channel on discord (preferred) or just @ me in a comment or forum post (if you don't want to get involved on/with discord), moderation is done by volunteers, if helping was a bother we wouldn't be mods in the first place.

Generally just unusual source sites are the red flag by themselves, sources other than exhentai/e-hentai are almost exclusively used for galleries that would break the uploading rules we share with them. Getting to the bottom of why this wasn't available on the normal sources took me more time, as I ended up comparing your source side by side with FAKKU version just to be sure, because it would actually have been fair game if had been someone elses translation of a manga they also did.
Also note that while I do my best to finetune my own system to give people the satisfaction of having something approved more often, instead of more at a time, Kaizuki and Shirou will occassionally help me out, using the easier "first uploaded, first approved" system, though I do try to balance out the amount of non-Sigmarc approvals if they don't go all the way to daily quota of 19 (which was 39 for a while but had to slow down to 19 again literally starting today, new uploads just aren't coming in as much now that Sigmarc got tied up with school)
These ratios should ensure everyones approvals are much more spread out instead of waiting a long time for a single burst, and I keep updating my notes on how much stuff people have on pending. At the current ratio its 15 Sigmarc uploads, 3 of mine and 1 from anyone else per day.
Since I became the mod doing uploads ~2 months ago I decided to change it up a bit, as this system was prone to just flooding the frontpage with a lot of the same content whenever someone had been uploading to fill out a specific tag more and people other than Sigmarc spend fucking ages before anything they did got to see the light of day. I keep track of exactly how much uploads everyone has pending (so tally up evetything that isn't from Sigmarc, diffrence to total is his), and set aside non-sigmarc uploads for that day, then top that off with his uploads till I met my daily quota, these are picked semi-randomly, just picking random names from the list but making sure I prioritize the oldest stuff more. But avoid approving too much very very similar content in one day (really sucks if you blacklist a tag spammed like that, but bit overwhelming to keep up with for whitelisted tags)
SoRa checked with Shirou (head mod) to check if we were on the same line about translations with other translations as source instead of original. You're good to go on that but he did point out another issue.
There's a significant difference in filesizes and he suspects you've been using resized versions of the images and would really like it if you reuploaded full size instead.
Let me know if you're willing to redo the typesetting and cleaning to re-upload an even better version, if you do I'll reject this one and improve the better version instead. If you don't want to make the extra effort for a bump in image solution I totally understand that and I'll just approve this one, as I'm not gonna reject effort made just to nitpick about image sizes.(do take the advice for future translations though, if you're planning on doing more)
Anonymous127830 Ball Gags fall under Gag, if you're determined you can go on come to the forum or discord and make a case for it getting its own separate tag but I personally think that wouldn't work because it would be a "child tag" to something with only a 'modest' 700ish galleries, and I know there's plenty of variety to them in other media, I don't think enough of that variety carries over into hentai to support multiple tags.
Secondly, the tag has a screen time of 2 pages out of 23 (not counting cover and credits), we try to avoid applying tags for stuff only very briefly featured unless its something that rarely ever takes more than a few pages (like Snuff and Impregnation) or only a single image of it being blacklist worthy for a majority of people (like Vore, Scat, Piss, Blood, Guro and Snuff), or the gallery is extremely short.
As for this being a translation of a translation instead of a direct translation, that feels like it would be a quality control issue but I'm a sucker for Puru-exclusive translations, so I'll have faith that you know what you're doing, I'll be sure to notice it in comments if that ends up being a mistake.
SoRa on that note, did you translate this from Spanish yourself? not entirely sure if Ero-Ecchi should get credit for being the middle man, but you definitely should tack on your own Scanlator tag if you did the work translating to English, just edit it on and it'll try to make a new tag with the name.
