Tagged as Agata on source, with no dispute about it either, I'd have to check if its maybe two artists with same name but this is definitely not the solution.

Just mention it in the notes or comments like you did so we know the context and don't mistake it for a dupe. Webtoon category being unavailable is definitely an issue, given it hasn't even been 24 hours since it changed from Content to Category I think the site just hasn't caught up to it yet, just give it some placeholder category and remind us in notes/comments to change it later.
Well first of all I'd have to reject this because the file seems to be broken, whatever you did with the zip, our backend doesn't seem to understand what's going on in there.
We do not allow twitter as a source because we can;t really do a lot with is as mods, we use them partly to double check the tags, and partly to have a direct link to the specific page that has the option to redownload it if the file gets corrupted post-approval. I'd recommend re-uploading with the sadpanda (E-hentai/Exhentai) link as source, those pages also provide a reliable way to get zips that that do function properly, either through torrents or downloading tool we have in our uploading rules/guide. tagging is also a lot easier as you only need to finetune/correct some minor issues where the tag importer tries to autocorrect tag into different ones or we use other tag names/definitions than sadpanda (just as much proofreading, less typing compared to manually tagging)
Difference Tanks have with single chapter manga is, well, Literally just the gallery mirroring a book release instead of being a single chapter, or bundling together separately released chapters (like Wani magazines having a single chapter every monthly release), being a subcategory of Manga revolving entirely around the circumstances/format of release, just like the comparison between Doujinshi and Manga categories, yet not being recognized as category itself.
I always poke Shirou for that sort of stuff because its generally some unwritten rule I never heard about causing the current status quo but occasionally there's oversights like this where he'll just agree without further comment.

on another note, we do not accept new Content tags without discussing the creation in advance with moderators, usually on our discord. This is because we sorta have tags for the stuff people would want to search for, new ones like these tend to be either too niche or pointless to have, or synonymous with tags that already exist.
I recommend you give the uploading rules a check as well as this looks like western content, as a doujinshi/manga reading site we do not allow western comics.
