FFS give the guy some time, he's asleep, its 3am here in Europe, you'll be allowed to upload the updated version if he doesn't show any intention to do so himself but give it a day or two for him to even notice this.

edit: realizing this is actually already approved instead of pending.......yeah, would still be common decency to actually wait for him to wake up before getting impatient if you asked him a question, only replace an existing gallery if its a significant change like de-censoring, more content, big resolution upgrade, ect. not gonna wipe all favorites/bookmarks/ratings/comments with a reupload if its just "fixed a typo somewhere" or "slightly improved the cleaning/typesetting (not that you'd really notice it)", I rarely approve stuff while its still very fresh exactly to avoid re-uploads for minor tweaks.

I said pages, not scenes, and it depends on length as well, for most galleries ~5 would be enough, for tanks you can set go for ~18+ pages (so an entire chapter where it plays a important role or is featured a lot) while for really short stuff (less than 10 pages) 2-3 could be enough
