hunter collection seems fine to me so would need more context (which is what the notes field on edits/uploads is used for, its content can only seen while on pending or edit page but comments work as well), though it looks like we only got an incomplete version of first volume. replacing a incomplete version with complete tank is an exception to our rules on duplicates so go ahead and upload if you can find the full version for it, just be sure to mention it in the notes field when you upload replacements so that I won't mistake it for a dupe and can delete the obsolete version right away

Wrong file occasionally just happens, when you get them in bulk its easy to accidentally grab the wrong zip, file is the only thing about an edit that can't be editted (though honestly with tag imports its still easier to reject and reupload if you have the files for 2 otherwise valid uploads switched) so needs a reupload (which is also why most of your first batch was purged immediately, resizes can't be fixed in post This case Shirou immediately uploaded most of that stuff himself instead of waiting to see if you'd reupload). but it would have been a dupe if the link is correct
Dupes happen occasionally, the upload system doesn't check for alt names so it will call out 2 different galleries coincidentally sharing name as dupes more often than find real dupes, easiest way to get around that is to just do a quick check on the artist/circle tag. It also doesn't check pending list, for that you'd have to ctrl+f both name and alt name in pending list to see if someone already got to it before you.
Scanlator tag was still missing (but wouldn't have gotten it rejected unless you make the mistake consistently enough to deplete mods patience) but Its a huge step forward to just be rejected for the same mistakes our most experienced uploaders will also make once in a while.
source link provided does not match the gallery you uploaded, probably grabbed the wrong file by accident (or wrong link, as the one you used leads to a gallery we already have on site anyway, gotta be sure to double check the pending list and existing galleries with anything Amoskandy translated because Shirou tends to upload those as well)

Normally I'd ask you to add the scanlator tag if its known who did it (always in square or curly brackets at end of the ex gallery title if credited there at all, otherwise top comment might confirm its the same person who uploaded to ex but don't just assume that's the case for the sake of filling something in), just making the tag for it in the progress if its a new one, but this scanlator doesn't have a tag on Puru because he always uses very poor English and never fixes anything, meaning nothing I've ever seen him do has ever met our quality standards.
A661 try to avoid Poor Grammar, we sorta try to avoid growing that one any larger than it already is, best to wait for an updated version from translator in response to the errors ex comments are pointing out (it'll still inherit the poor grammar tag but would no longer be valid if he does it properly)

then you got cases like this....system doesn't check the pending list at all so its best to ctrl+f for both names in pending list. (unless you upload a lot of really fresh stuff. For me personally I've found it much easier to check what everyone else is uploading before starting myself so that I'll recognize covers and titles of stuff that someone else already called dibs on when I browse for stuff to upload).
on a side note, this is an example of having to babysit the importer a bit, it autocorrected Tail into Tail Plug
