BenjiWea Its a transitional tag, we're merging the old Pixie cut tag into Short Hair because it didn't set itself apart enough to keep around both, was just swapping this tag for Short Hair 20 at a time gradually, easy enough for the existing galleries. Swapping tags around on pending galleries is an absolute fucking mess though, its being taken cf on new uploads but anything uploaded before this month needs this tag to swap it out when we approve the gallery to avoid having to mess with pending too much.

Panda. chaike. moe is a exhentai mirror site where you can go to download stuff they've expunged to avoid getting dues by Irodori comics (or other hentai magazines I presume but it always seems to be Irodori). I wouldn't call it a convenient source for me to moderate, but its the most reliable way to get highest resolution on stuff that has been yeeted of ex for legal reasons we have.
Blowjob also does not apply, being only 3 pages out of 24 pages with content, 20% (or about a ~20 page chapter for long galleries) is the bare minimum for actions that can take more than a single page or visual traits/outfits that can stay that long (unless of course a single panel of it would ruin the whole experience for a majority of people like with scat) and I'd say for something as common as blowjobs that base 20% is still really lowballing it.

Then Fate/Extra came, and Fate/Apocrypha and Fate/Grand Order and those didn't even stay to a single character per class, we decided to avoid those class names because there's like 50 characters each of them can refer to.
Karas noticed the missing character tags so should point out that most of the time content tags are the only ones that can't have new ones.
New content are usually ones we have under another name or specifically decided not to have. New Artists, Parodies, Characters, Scanlators and Conventions happen all the time, Fate series (this upload being an example) is pretty much the only parody where "new" tags tend to be tags we already have under different names.

Its sorta left up to interpretation, people who don't want snuff can still tell themselves she survived. Having the snuff tag on the other hand would sorta enforce an interpretation where it isn't neccessary.
If a bunch of people do want that tag to be there it can still be applied though I'd imagine an edgecase like this is also rather disapointing for the minority that searches/likes the Snuff tag.
