I haven't read the upload rules very thoroughly, but I assumed that was the correct way to name the manga here because I saw several other doujinshi being uploaded that way on Pururin.
Some examples:
Gogatsu no Yamai | May Fever / 五月の病
Koakuma Shimai | Devilish Sisters / 小悪魔姉妹♥
Henai Dousoukai / 偏愛同窓会 ゴーストーカー
I have to say sorry if it was on the rules tho. As I said, I preferred to imitate the format I saw on the other ones.

Oh and btw what's with the collection number?
