They are two separate categories in my opinion. Harem is where multiple women fall for one man, reverse harem is where multiple men fall for one woman. Reverse harem is generally more directed towards woman and vice versa so, I think it would make the website easier to navigate but, that’s just my two cents. ( ^ω^ )
