I find these rules weird. A man's gf can be blackmailed into having NTR occur. One does not prevent the other.
2. Falls? I thought NTR also applied to when a protagonist's or on-screen male's girlfriend has sex with other males, even if forceful. For example, the demonic anime Tsuma Netori has mostly the protag's wife beign raped on the first episode, yet everyone understands it's still netorare.
I think the cheating tag could be used for actual cheating (and not rape or blackmail).
3. I prefer herer over ex tbh. Don't like their tagging system.
