Need help searching for a bad-ending doujin

There is a doujin I read a few years back that involved multiple short stories per chapter. I haven’t been able to find it recently and was looking for help! Each story involved some mind bending plot twist at the end that totally destroys the male character. For example one story involved molestation on a train , the female leads the male on and at the end she gets the entire train / cops to get him and ruins his life. There were multiple more such stories per chapter, and the author had 2-3 such chapters if I remember correctly. I have been searching for a long time but have been unsuccessful. Each story had a very disturbing ending and left me feeling very uncomfortable , almost like black mirror on Netflix.
