I read this long time ago, maybe in 2010. I am not really sure whether is it a manga or doujin.
It's about a girl, asked by a professor (or someone in lab coat) to collect cum of worthy people (smart, strong, etc). The way to do it is there was a turtle that can talk and enter the girl's pu$$y, so that when she have sex with someone the turtle will collect the cum. If I remember correctly the turtle makes the girl transform, like magical girl, before she have sex with someone.
There are at least 2 chapter. One chapter the girl was told to have sex with her teacher (or tutor, I forgot). The turtle notice that the teacher like bunny, he has a (real) rabbit that he fap with.
