Yandere is just a term to describe a character or person. (Yes, person. I'll explain why.) It is completely gender neutral, and yes, it may be more common to see a female yandere but, as well as the part where it said ''they are even able to kill for their love'' just waters downs the actual meaning of yandere. Why did I say ''person''? There's a type of girl in Japan - The jirai joshi / landmine girl, which are described to be yandere due to fitting the definition. Thanks for coming to Angel's ted talk, i am quite passionate about yandere and yangire characters ! |
