Since this tag is also available on E/Ex, there should be no problem with importing it.
However, I would like you to search for 25 galleries (a complete page for the search) that meet the criteria for this tag.
You can simply insert this tag during a gallery edit.
The attendance rule of E/Ex applies:

Indicates that the instances of Anal / アナル exceed 50% of the gallery's content.

It would be nice to have a source for E/Ex so that I can check right away whether it is tagged that way there too.
