actually the upload system itself is not broken.
The certificate on "https:// upload. pururin. to/upload" has run out on the 11/1/2022 (i assume the let's encrypt auto renewel is broken)

If you still want to upload you can use the following.

Create a shortcut of chrome and add to the shurtcut path "--ignore-certificate-errors" as
described here: "https:// medium. com /idomongodb/chrome-bypassing-ssl-certificate-check-18b35d2a19fd"

Note: This is dangerous to prevent the browser to run such checks...so do it only to still be able to use the upload then, switch to normal chrome after that
