I played this game using Textractor and Sugoi Translator. While not as good as a proper English version, it's still decent enough to understand most of the lines. I highly recommend it if you're into seeing MC's family being corrupted into sex slaves (which is a main theme for most of Bishop's games).

In seriousness a town with these rules are quite stupid and let's be real: the mayor gamed the system to shun the MC and take his childhood friend for himself but then the MC found he too could game the system and at a higher level. Mainly, Mayor uses system to shun MC and steal the childhood friend and MC explioted the system's 'backdoor' to straight up destroy it and build his own. The 'backdoor' being the mass shunning and ignoraance to his actions.
