I love this series, but this entry broke me. Kaede has consistently been perverse but now she is unreasonably cruel, to the point where I don't see Satoru maintaining the relationship. It's weird because her perverse nature links well with the overall ntr but the slight at page 48 came out as cruel rather than alluring, not only that but the indifference at 55 - 56. Altogether I predict a wild twist to this tale, I base all my thinking behind the last image, Kaede is oblivious to Satoru's reaction which seems to be numb rather than the usual excitement the character shows on other entries.
