Fumei, after learning they were family Mc called it off. Fmc still loves Mc but goes along with Mc wishes. Mc at the end still looking for love was going to a date but hearing what side character said about "chance to meet again" from Fmc he changed his mind last minute. So the ending of the panels was basically him living as normal waiting if or when she comes back he will still be there for her regardless if she found a new love life (i.e. started a family) or continue their relationship.

Okay, the series is really interesting und subtle, but can anybody explain that ending. Due to its subtlety, there are things which were confusing me.

However, all in all it's quite an interesting story which is not a typical clichéd incest stuff you might have seen a lot in many other doujin. It was a strange yet interesting experience.
