Best to put that sort of stuff in notes, this time I'd notice myself because I got the tag downvoted now (as well as bringing it to the mistagging thread to get it scrubbed of entirely) but note is still there in case another mod gets to deal with it while the tag is still there.

Same goes for other deviations from rules/quality control like mismatched pagecounts, uploading something ongoing, ect.

Otherwise it'll be easy to assume it was an oversight or issue that was only exposed after uploading.
