If I understand Puru correctly, this can be rejected and I have to add the collection tag afterwards.

It looks like you've created two tags.. new tags that are under contribution or pending state won't be able to search.

The best thing to do it is.

Upload the new gallery (With new collection tag on it). Once approved, edit the old gallery.

I honestly think thats a pretty good idea. You could do it in some other software, but you'd have to unzip and rezip the file which would be annoying
