As someone who 'specifically looks for this', page 12 is enough. Finding content with this niche act is difficult enough to come by. Hiding the fact that this possesses it due to it not meeting an arbitrary criteria is doing a disservice to people who try and seek out this sort of thing. It possesses the act, thus it should have the tag, no?

I disagree. There are plenty of works on here in which the act only occurs for a few pages at best that possess the tag. I would understand your point if and only if page 13 were the only instance, but page 12 is very detailed in the displaying of the act.
